TERMS & CONDITIONS
The owner of the online store «Kasvata itse kasvi!» (hereinafter referred to as the Online Store) is GoldyLocks OÜ) (registration code 17088921), located at Sõpruse pst 33, 10615 Tallinn, Harju County in Estonia.
Validity of the Sales Agreement, Product, and Price Information
The terms of sale apply when purchasing goods from the Online Store.
Prices of products sold in the Online Store are displayed next to the products. The price excludes a delivery fee. All prices of goods sold in the Online Store are in euros (€).
The delivery fee depends on the buyer’s location and the delivery method chosen. The delivery fee is displayed to the buyer when placing the order.
Product information is provided directly next to the item in the Online Store.
Placing an Order
To order a product, the desired items must be added to the shopping cart. To finalize the order, all required fields must be filled in, and the preferred delivery method selected. The final cost will then be displayed, which can be securely paid using the following payment methods:

Note: When paying through the bank link, ensure you click the «Return to the merchant» button on the bank’s website.
Payments are mediated by Montonio Finance UAB. Payment is made outside the Online Store in a secure environment – when paying via a bank link, in the secure environment of the respective bank, and for credit card payments, in Montonio Finance UAB’s secure environment. The seller does not have access to the buyer’s banking or credit card details. The agreement comes into force upon receipt of the payment to the Online Store’s bank account.
The Online Store’s owner is the responsible processor of personal data and transfers the necessary personal data for processing payments to the authorized processor Montonio Finance UAB.
If the ordered product cannot be delivered due to it being out of stock or for any other reason, the buyer will be notified as soon as possible and the paid amount (including delivery costs) will be refunded without delay, but no later than within 14 days from the notification.
Delivery
Goods are shipped from the following country: Estonia. Goods are shipped to the following country: Finland.
The buyer has the following options for receiving the goods: Parcel terminals.
The buyer bears the shipping costs, and relevant price information is displayed next to the shipping method.
Domestic shipments typically reach the destination specified by the buyer within 1-2 business days from the entry into force of the sales agreement. Deliveries outside Estonia take up to 8 calendar days.
In exceptional cases, goods may be delivered within up to 45 calendar days.
Right of Withdrawal
After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the Online Store within 14 days, provided the product has not been used and remains in its original condition.
The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity.
To exercise the 14-day right of withdrawal, the ordered goods must not be used in any way other than necessary to verify the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods as would be allowed in a physical store.
If the goods have been used for purposes other than verifying their nature, characteristics, and functioning, or if there are signs of wear or use, the Online Store has the right to reduce the refundable amount based on the decrease in the value of the goods.
To return the goods, a withdrawal notice must be sent to the email address hei@kasvatakasvi.fi no later than 14 days after receiving the goods.
The cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer unless the reason for the return is that the goods do not match the order (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
The buyer must return the goods within 14 days of submitting the withdrawal notice or provide proof that they have handed the goods over to the carrier during that period.
Upon receiving the returned goods, the Online Store will promptly, but no later than within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice, refund all payments received from the buyer under the contract.
The Online Store may withhold refunds until the goods have been returned or until the buyer provides proof that they have returned the goods, whichever comes first.
If the buyer has explicitly chosen a delivery method different from the least expensive standard delivery method offered by the Online Store, the Online Store is not required to refund the cost exceeding that of the standard delivery method.
The Online Store has the right to withdraw from the sales transaction and reclaim the goods if the price of the goods has been mistakenly marked significantly below the market price.
Right to File a Complaint
The Online Store is responsible for any non-conformity or defect in the goods sold that was present at the time of delivery and which becomes apparent within two years of delivery to the buyer. Within the first year, it is presumed that the defect existed at the time of delivery. The Online Store must prove otherwise if it contests this.
The buyer must notify the Online Store of any defect within two months of discovering it by sending an email to hei@kasvatakasvi.fi.
The Online Store is not responsible for defects that arise after the goods have been handed over to the buyer.
If the goods purchased from the Online Store have defects for which the Online Store is responsible, the Online Store will either repair or replace the defective goods. If the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, the Online Store will refund the buyer the entire amount paid under the sales agreement.
The Online Store will respond to the consumer’s complaint in writing or in a format that allows for written reproduction within 15 days.
Direct Marketing and Personal Data Processing
The Online Store uses the personal data entered by the buyer only to process the order and deliver the goods to the buyer. The Online Store transmits personal data to shipping companies to ensure the delivery of goods.
The Online Store sends newsletters and offers to the buyer’s email address only if the buyer has expressed a wish to receive them by entering their email address on the website and indicating their desire to receive direct marketing notifications.
The buyer may opt out of promotional offers and newsletters at any time by informing the Online Store via email or following the instructions provided in the promotional email.
Dispute Resolution
If the buyer has any complaints regarding the Online Store, they should be sent to hei@kasvatatkasvi.fi.
If the buyer and the Online Store cannot resolve the dispute by agreement, the buyer may turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee. The conditions of the procedure can be found and an application submitted here. The Consumer Disputes Committee is authorized to resolve disputes arising from contracts between the buyer and the Online Store. The review of the buyer’s complaint in the committee is free of charge.
The buyer may also refer the matter to the European Union’s online dispute resolution platform.
